Strategic support for « the world’s most connected metro ».
The Société du Grand Paris is the institution responsible for designing and building the Greater Paris Public Transportation Network (RTGP), better known as the « Greater Paris Express », and conducting the development and construction operations related to the RTGP.
Since 2012, Tactis has participated in the definition of the digital enhancement strategy for the automatic metro project (200 km of new metro lines and 70 stations). Although the enhancement issues initially identified by the constructor were mainly related to infrastructures and associated financial valuation, Tactis and its partner Spring Lab have provided support to the Société du Grand Paris in the definition of new innovative services for passengers, populations in the vicinity of railway stations, businesses and public services.
Tactis provided particular support to the SGP in the management of a broader consultation with public and private stakeholders in order to organize the co-construction of the main digital and innovative services to be implemented as part the Greater Paris program. This consultation took the form of a Call for Expressions of Interest, in which more than 150 entities participated.
