TACTIS North Africa

Following several assignments in Morocco since 2008 and, in 2020, the award of the project management contract for Casablanca's central traffic and video surveillance facility, TACTIS decided to establish a local presence in Casablanca in order to pursue its development and support the country's many ambitious and structuring projects.

The Casablanca subsidiary

The Moroccan subsidiary of the TACTIS group, TACTIS Maroc SARLAU has been based in Casablanca, within Casablanca Finance City, for more than five years. In Morocco and across the African continent, it carries forward the group's core businesses: advisory services in digital territorial development, regulation and engineering of very-high-speed networks, and the digital transformation of public sector organisations.

TACTIS Maroc brings together several dozen experts, in engineering as well as in the field, across the full value chain of a project: advisory and strategy, client-side project management and design supervision. Backed by the parent company in Vincennes and the Kigali office, it combines technical and economic expertise proven on European markets with a detailed understanding of Morocco's institutional, regulatory and contractual framework.

This dual grounding is at the heart of the model: TACTIS Maroc draws on methods, tools and lessons learned from major European programmes, while mastering the public procurement procedures, technical standards and contractual practices specific to the Kingdom.

Its teams are involved throughout the life of a project, from upstream studies to final acceptance of the works, both from the office and on site. This continuity avoids the breaks between design and delivery, where schedules and quality are most often lost.
